Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is to provide comprehensive banking services to the budget of the Wisznia Maa Commune and its units, including: 1) opening and maintaining a current account and auxiliary accounts for the budget of the Wisznia Maa Commune and the organizational units of the Commune in PLN and EURO and their possible closure; 2) Opening, maintaining and liquidating additional auxiliary accounts, including auxiliary accounts in PLN and EUR during the term of the agreement; 3) Conducting non-cash settlements in the traditional and electronic system 4) Providing the electronic banking service at least at computer workstations, along with training employees in how to use it. 5) In the event of a system failure or lack of connection with the Bank, the acceptance and issuance of payment orders will be in the form of paper at the cash point on site;6) Providing a Mass Payments Identification System (IT System for Mass Payments) cooperating with the SIGID accounting program used by the Commune Office, 7) Setting up time deposits;8) Making payments cash from the Ordering Party's accounts;9) Issuing bank opinions and certificates of having a bank account at the request of the Ordering Party and ...
