Clarence City Council invites Quotations from suitably qualified Respondents to undertake a comprehensive annual inspection and associated reporting for all Council playgrounds including outdoor exercise equipment and unitary surface impact testing.Council has 70 sites for comprehensive annual inspection, inclusive of 68 public parks with playgrounds and/or outdoor exercise equipment and 2 childcare centres (one under construction, due for completion end of March 2024). Across the 70 sites, 13 provide unitary surfacing with rubber softfall and/or synthetic grass and the majority utilise loose fill woodchip softfall. Through this project, council is seeking to work with the successful Consultant to better align the audit reporting with council-s asset register database to ensure the most efficient digital capture, upload, sharing and interrogation of data for all relevant departments and works. Council is open to working with the successful Consultant to improve audit processes to align with industry best practice and value add were possible.
