Description : Design and Construction of a Three (3) Storey Training and Academic Building with an approximate floor area of 276.70 m² per floor and a total floor area of not less than 830m². The Ground Floor shall include two (2) laboratory rooms and one (1) lecture/demonstration room with a learning resource center. The Second and Third Floors shall each contain three (3) standard college classrooms. Hallways/corridors and two (2) stairways shall provide proper circulation throughout the building. The scope of works includes the external enclosure for gas tanks, installation of gas piping, ventilation/ducting for cooking areas, and water supply and drainage systems for sinks, electrical system, fire detection and alarm system, sprinkler system, and ICT works. The procurement and installation of classroom and lecture room furnishings, such as teacher-s table and glassboards, are also included. Completion of the Works is required 390 Calendar Days.
