Seeking Sources:Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 5, is issuing this request for information/sources sought notice in order to identify companies that have the resources and capabilities to commission a Varian TrueBeam radiotherapy system for the Washington DC VAMC.Description of Work: Contractor shall provide services necessary to prepare the TrueBeam system for safe patient use that is in alignment with all applicable industry standards and regulations. This includes commission portal dosimetry, commission of an Eclipse beam model, TG-51 beam calibration, initial beam-on survey, and final survey post TG-51 Beam calibration.Interested & Capable Responses: NCO 5 is seeking responses from companies that are interested in this procurement and consider themselves to have the resources and capabilities necessary to provide these services. Please respond with your:1.
