The subject of the order is: a) collection and disposal services of uncompressed and pressed solid municipal waste produced by Szpital Gogowski sp. z o.o. from three locations: Hospital - Kociuszki Street 15, Specialist Clinic - Kociuszki Street 15A, Hospice Gogowskie, ul. Paulinw 2. b) rental of 1 waste baler (press container). c) service of collection, transport and management of packaging waste collected selectively in Big Bags, including waste codes: 15 01 01 packaging with paper and cardboard, 15 01 02 plastic packaging, 15 01 06 mixed packaging waste, 15 01 07 glass packaging from two locations: Hospital - ul. Kociuszki 15, Specialist Clinic - ul. Kociuszki 15A.2. The subject of the order is: one indivisible task.3.
