description of the options: option right no. 1: if the client exercises his option right no. 1, the contractor is obliged to provide a price recovery system for the price recovery on the internet. In addition, he provides additional information on the price competition for the regional price collection according to the basic price listag to persons who are specialized in price surveys on the internet and who are up to a maximum of 70, 000 in their offices until 31.12.2022 (or at the latest by 31.12.2025, in the case of exercise of option 3), at around 220 sales outlets (web pages)). The contractor shall provide all relevant services (survey on the internet of a maximum of 70``00)0 prices per year by means of prize-winners published in the office of the contractor) for the price defined in his quotation (cad 1.3) and taking into account the information given in section 4.3 of the tender documents (dao). Option right no. 2: if the client exercises its option right no(or at the latest by 31.12.2025, in the case of exercise of option 3), the internet will also carry out price surveys on the internet up to a maximum of 70, 000 prices per year in approximately 220 sales outlets (websites) . The contractor shall provide all services in accordance with option no(cad 1.4) and taking into account the information given in section 4.3 of the tender documents (dao). Option right no. 3: the federal statistical office has an option to extend the contract with the contractor. If the sfso wishes, the duration of the services to be provided in the framework of the basi(according to this option) must be extended by a maximum of 3 years (ie until 31.12.2025 at the latest). The price of all services to be provided within the scope of the basic rate is calculated pro rata temporis, up to the end of the contract period, based on the price offered for the main contract (regular contract duration, see cad 1.1)the exercise of options 1 and 2 in respect of the extraordinary duration of the contract is also calculated on a pro rata temporis basis, based on the prices offered for the exercise of options 1 and 2 with regard to the regular contract period. The federal statistical office is obligated to inform the contractor of the termination of option 3 by 30.06.2022i will communicate.
2.10 award criteria
