The subject of the order is the collection of municipal waste from the building of the Wilcza Commune Office and public places in the Wilcza Commune in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 to the installation operated by Przedsibiorstwo Gospodarowania Odpadami Sp. z o. o. in Paszczyna 62B, 39-207 Brzenica.2. Installation carried out by Przedsibiorstwo Gospodarowania Odpadami Sp. z o. o. in Paszczynie 62B, 39-207 Brzenica will ensure waste collection on working days from Monday to Friday, from 7 a.m. to 2000.3. Due to the entry into force of the deposit system, the Ordering Party anticipates a reduction over the period 2026 /period for which the order is awarded/ of the following fractions of municipal waste: a) single-use plastic bottles for beverages with a capacity of up to three liters, including their plastic caps and lids, excluding glass or metal beverage bottles caps and lids are made of plastics, b) metal cans with a capacity of up to one liter, c) reusable glass bottles with a capacity of up to one and a half liters.4.
