Lot 1: Chemical waste Lot 2: Medical waste Lot 3: Animal waste Object of the assignment: This assignment concerns the collection and processing of hazardous waste from the laboratories, the veterinary clinic and the workshops UGent. Explanation: The assignment includes collecting hazardous waste from waste production sites using adapted equipment, loading it onto pallets and into pallet boxes, supplying exchangeable containers and waste labels for chemical waste, and containers for medical waste, the compliant and ecologically responsible processing of the waste, all administration and reporting on collection and processing. The contract is divided into the following lots: •Lot 1: Chemical waste Explanation: includes the collection of all liquid and solid chemical waste flows from laboratories and to a lesser extent from workshops. (All campuses except UZ-Gent) •Lot 2: Medical waste Explanation: includes the collection of all hazardous medical waste from the laboratories and the veterinary clinic.
