Object of the contract
Warmedranken- and vending on the provision of (hot) drinks, snacks and soft drinks to staff, students and visitors of HU. The following supplies and services form part of this contract: rent, maintenance and servicing, filling, ingredients (hot) beverage vending machines, provide payment, :i?1/2luxury coffee walls, provide payment, : rent, maintenance and servicing, filling, ingredients vending machines (snacks and drinks) with betaalsystemen.Hogeschool Utrecht wants to conclude a contract for the exploitation of paid warmedranken- and vending machines for students, staff and guests Hogeschool Utrecht, i?1/2whereby the operation full expense and risk of the contractor komt.Hogeschool Utrecht reimburse the contractor only drinks dispensed from the hot drinks machines that are purchased by employees with a staff. Refreshments taken by students by the students through the payment directly to the vending met contractor settled. The following supplies are not part of this command:: los chilled drinking water (there is cold water included in the new machines allowing the loose chilled water supply is superfluous also exist in the new situation uncooled taps for cold water, where staff and students.i?1/2free uncooled can tap water) .Omvang of the contract: The contract relates to most faculties and locations of HU including the temporary and new locations with the exception of the regional offices. This volume is the contract value of the consumptions for medewerkers.Voor automatics whose students use fee HU expects a volume of approximately 600 000 EUR (inc. VAT) in the next 5 jaren.Aan these indications is not legally bidders derived worden.Het result of the procurementthing is laid down in an agreement with one contractor for the supplies and services for warmedranken- and vending at HU. This contract will be awarded to the tenderer who the most economically advantageous Tender issued. The closing agreement has a contract period of 5 years from 11.1.2015 (tbc) met an option for HU to 2 times an extension of up to 12 months. The maximum duration of the contract thus amounts to 7 years. The agreement is entered into with one contractor.
