This procurement will appoint a single contractor to deliver a 24/7 CCTV Control Centre service. The service will include the provision of suitably trained operators to monitor the Borough-s CCTV systems across Public Realm, Housing, Leisure, Parks, enhanced ANPR and Open Spaces; and third-party sites alongside the delivery of ancillary services such as out-of-hours call handling including noise complaints.
