Detailed_Description : Ontario Health, on behalf of OH-TGLN (Trillium Gift of Life Network), is seeking proposals for a secure, enterprise-grade, Cloud based Workflow Automation and Project Management Solution delivered as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). The Solution will support high-volume administrative and operational workflows, with the primary focus on EMR access workflow management, as well as Case Feedback Form (CFF) tracking and additional internal project management activities.The selected Proponent will be responsible for delivering a fully configured, scalable, and independently maintainable Solution that supports automation, operational oversight, auditability, reporting, integrations, and role-based access controls to support OH-TGLN-s complex operational requirements.
