Cleaning of the SAN Upstream and the DES As part of network asset management, inspection and diagnostic frequencies have been established in order to have a good understanding of the structural condition of the structures. Thus, the Sèvres-Achères emissary branches de Nanterre (SAN) and the Doubling of the South Emissary (DES) were partly diagnosed in 2011. This is why it is necessary to carry out a cleaning followed by an in-depth diagnosis of the structure on this part. Emergency work could be carried out if necessary.
