As part of network asset management, inspection and diagnostic frequencies have been established in order to have a good understanding of the structural condition of the structures. Thus, the Sèvres-Achères emissary branch of Nanterre (SAN) and the Doubling of the South Outfall (DES) were partly diagnosed in 2011. This is why it is necessary to carry out a cleaning followed by an in-depth diagnosis of the structure on this part. Emergency work could be carried out if necessary. The objective is to: - Reduce olfactory nuisances at the level of access manholes, by removing the materials responsible for their formation and thanks to the elimination of gas releases, - Restore the hydraulic capacity of the structure by removal of deposits, - Carry out a structural diagnosis of the structure and define the need to carry out rehabilitation work; The project consists of carrying out a drying of the structure, the post-cleaning preparatory work, the implementation implementation of the means necessary for mechanized cleaning, waste evacuation, transport and treatment in a suitable center
