Tender Details

The subject of the order is the cleaning and maintenance service of municipal cemeteries in the city of Poznań in 2024.
The subject of the order includes in particular the following tasks:
1) maintenance of squares, roads and hardened sidewalks,
2) maintenance of gravel, gravel and gravel squares and roadsearthworks (winter),
3) emptying waste containers in accordance with the needs and instructions of the Ordering Party,
4) maintaining cleanliness around waste containers,
5) removing dirt from other places in the cemetery, the so-called liquidation of illegal landfills,
6) ongoing maintenance and minor repairs of landfillsdamaged containers and gabion structures,
7) maintaining waste containers in appropriate sanitary and technical condition,
8) providing containers for waste from group 17 and emptying them regularly
as needed (if full),
9) cleaning places burial with a tombstonegravestones or other forms of gravestones, as well as shrubs and trees that do not require permission from the competent authority,
10) maintaining cleanliness and order in garden equipment rentals and candle exchange points,
11) transport and further proper handling of waste in accordance with applicable lawsprovisions of the law,
As part of the implementation of the subject of the order, it is expected that waste with codes: 20 02 03, 20 03 03 and waste from group 17, specified in the regulation of the Minister of Climate of January 2, 2020 on the waste catalogue, will be generated in an amount up to 2, 500 Mg of waste per year.
