MP26.035 - 1 MP26.035 - 2 This contract constitutes a framework supply agreement within the meaning of article 43 of the law of June 17, 2016 relating to public procurement. The Public Water Management Company (SPGE) acts as a purchasing center for its own account and on behalf of the beneficiaries of the purchasing center identified in the market documents. The purpose of the framework agreement is the supply and delivery of different types of lime intended for wastewater treatment activities, production of drinking water, air treatment and sludge sanitation. The supplies are intended for the installations operated by SPGE and the beneficiaries of the purchasing center. This lot concerns the supply and delivery of different types of lime used for the hygienization of sewage sludge and for controlling the pH during coagulation in water purification treatment. This lot concerns the supply and delivery of magnesium quicklime for the hygienization of sludge produced in members- wastewater treatment plants.
