Data collection and data recording tasks - OTÁP2025 Data collection and data recording tasks - WHO COSI Performance of data collection and data recording tasks in 2 parts Part 1: Performance of examination organization and data collection tasks in the National Public Health and Pharmaceutical Center (hereinafter: NNGYK) in connection with the implementation of the National Nutrition and Nutrition Status Survey 2025 (hereinafter: OTÁP2025) Part 2: Data collection and data recording tasks for the WHO Children's Nutrition Status and In connection with the implementation of Nutrition Examination 2026 (WHO COSI 2026). The detailed task description is contained in the Technical Description. Examination organization and data collection tasks are carried out by the National Public Health and Pharmaceutical Center (hereinafter: NNGYK) in connection with the implementation of the National Nutrition and Nutrition Status Survey 2025 (hereinafter: OTÁP2025). Tenderer for a nationwide sample of no more than 220 Hungarian settlements (counting the 23 districts of Budapest as one settlement each) forms. The Bidder selects the adults aged 18 and older participating in the Study (up to 1, 600 people), prepares the Declaration of Consent, the Information Letter and the Three-Day Nutrition Diary necessary for conducting the study. Bidder takes care of the acceptance or signing of the Consent Declarations and delivers the Three-Day Nutrition Diary to those who consent.
