Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the creation of 63 new care places for children up to 3 years old in the facility in Brusy, ul. Armii Krajowej 1, 89-632 Brusy based on the design documentation entitled: Construction of a cloud with construction equipment. The building was designed as single-story, no basement. The building includes four children's rooms, bathrooms, a cloakroom, a technical room and office rooms. The building was designed in traditional technology. 2. The scope of work includes comprehensive execution facility along with land development, including, among others: :1) cloud building (reinforced concrete foundations, non-brick walls, insulated, lightweight roof with truss structure covered with ceramic tiles, internal and external finishes);2) hardening and landscaping;3) installations on the investor's property (water, sanitary sewage, storm sewage, prepaid WLZ cable line, cable line supplying external lighting, monitoring, telecommunications, ground source heat pump), 4) connections, among others water supply, sanitary sewage system, storm sewage system;5) execution of internal electrical installations (including installation of indoor lighting...
