Carrying out construction and installation works for the purpose of ongoing and emergency repairs for the needs of the NPG on the KTS - Pravets The subject of the order is the execution of construction and installation works for the purpose of ongoing and emergency repairs for the needs of the NPG on the KTS - Pravets. Repairs construction and assembly works, which are the subject of the order, cover the following parts: Architectural - construction (AC), Water supply and sewerage (VV), Electrical installations (EL), Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), etc., which include: support and emergency repair of sanitary units; maintenance and emergency repair of rooms; maintenance and emergency repair of corridors, lobbies and common areas; maintenance and emergency repair of window frames - replacement of window frames, double-glazed windows; maintenance and emergency repairs relating to supply and installation of water pipes for hot and cold water, of sewage pipes, supply and installation of sanitation; maintenance and emergency repair of electrical installations; dismantling works on part of HVAC; warranty liability for the completed construction and assembly works. The term for the fulfillment of the subject of the order is up to 12 (twelve) months, counted from the date of signing the contract or until the maximum value of the contract is exhausted, whichever of the two events occurs earlier.
