Tender Details

The subject of the procurement is the supply of tires and tire services for cars and construction machines to customers under the conditions specified in this request for tenders.

The procurement is carried out by sub-area:

1. Lappeenranta area

2. Imatra area

Both sub-areas include the following product groups:

- Passenger and packagettyres for cars and services related to the sector

- Tires for trucks and construction machines and services related to the sector

Offers are accepted by sub-area. The provider can offer only one area or both. For the framework arrangement, two (2) contract suppliers will be selected for both areas, unlessthere are fewer bidders who meet the contract conditions. All (excluding services or products offered as an option) products and services of the product groups in the sub-area must be offered.

The goal is that the contract period starts as soon as possible after the procurement decision becomes law. The actual dealskausi

is concluded for a period of 24 months. The customer also has the right to extend the contract period with two (1 1) year option periods.

Lappeenranta area (region description): tires, tire work and other related services. Seasonal storageThe need for the Lappeenranta area is about 180 tires for cars and vans and about 130 tires for heavy equipment.
