Procurement, Trade Facilitation and Customs.
• Output 2. CARIFORUM nationals certified in Competition, Public Procurement, Trade
Facilitation and Customs at primary, intermediary and postgraduate level.
• Output 3. At least four (4) persons from each CARIFORUM State sensitised on the EPA
commitments of the Parties and the opportunities and benefits under the EPA in relation to each
of the following - Competition, Public Procurement, Trade Facilitation and Customs.
