Dear bidder, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to carry out work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: The consultant will carry out 1) an exhaustive review of specialized literature and statistical data on three strategic thematic axes for the Regional Social Dialogue Report 2027: inclusive social dialogue and the effective participation of social actors in national tripartite institutions; the relationship between social dialogue and just transition, particularly considering experiences linked to Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC) and the incorporation of just transition clauses in collective bargaining; and the impact of new technologies in the world of work and in social dialogue processes, including digital platforms, artificial intelligence and other emerging technological tools; Drafts, thematic diagrams, statistical information bases and graphs will be prepared to facilitate the writing of the regional report; 2) a systematization of information on the collective bargaining models in force in Costa Rica...
