Dear tenderer, the International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to work as an outdoor employee. You will find below a summary of the work to be done: the economy of care in others in Morocco is growing, but remains below its potential and mainly focused on high -income households. Services intended for the middle and disadvantaged classes remain limited and unevenly distributed. According to ILO simulations, the sector could generate up to 1, 957, 000 jobs, direct and indirect. Although Morocco has strategies and laws Supervising the sector, their consistency remains necessary to maximize the impact, particularly in terms of release of women's time and empowerment. It is within this framework that the Ministry of Solidarity, Social Integration and the Family initiates the development of a national strategy promoting economics and care of care to others. The mission object of this call aims to support this process through a methodological approach, an analysis of the current situation, the development of political options, the proposal for a strategic structure, the drafting of the strategy and production of support documents.
