Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.Below is a summary of the work to be performed:The ILO, under the Public-Private Development Partnerships (PPDP) project in Narok, Kajiado, and Nakuru counties, seeks an external collaborator to conduct a needs assessment and stakeholder mapping to strengthen employability support for skilled youth and women in the fodder and tourism sectors. The assignment will generate evidence on employability gaps, identify opportunities for decent job creation, and map stakeholders across government, private sector, and development partners to inform targeted interventions. Special focus will be given to the role of the National Employment Authority (NEA) in providing labour market information, career guidance, and employment intermediation. Findings from the consultancy will guide the design of inclusive, market-driven strategies that enhance youth and women's transition into employment and entrepreneurship, while leveraging ongoing skills development initiatives in tourism, hospitality, digital, and related value chainsTravel to Narok, Nakuru, and Kajiado counties will be required for consultations, data collection, and stakeholder engagements.
