The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed.The consultant will support the three child labour projects aimed at eliminating child labour in Egypt. Their primary tasks will include:1. Monitoring & Data Managemento Developing and reviewing Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) frameworks and plans.o Raising awareness on M&E practices among project staff.o Consolidating progress indicators, preparing reports for ILO and donors, and supporting mid-term evaluations.2. Data Collection & Analysiso Designing and implementing data collection tools.o Supporting ad-hoc data collection activities and analyzing data to inform project strategies, decision-making, and advocacy.o Ensuring accurate and timely data collection for child labour interventions.3. Reportingo Consolidating inputs for quarterly and annual reports, ensuring consistency and results-orientation.o Preparing and updating monthly dashboards to track project progress and results.4. Capacity Building & Disseminationo Developing guidance tools and conducting training sessions for implementing partners.o Supporting learning and dissemination activities to enhance project implementation.
