Below is a summary of the tasks to be accomplished: The International Labor Organization (ILO) is recruiting a national consultant to carry out a study aimed at formulating technical recommendations intended to strengthen coordination between the Compensation for Loss of Employment (IPE) scheme and public employment services in Morocco. The mission will include a documentary review, a mapping of the IPE regime and integration, training and support systems for entrepreneurship, consultations with the main stakeholders, an analysis of existing coordination mechanisms and the obstacles to their articulation, as well as the development of operational recommendations adapted to the national context. The consultant will produce a methodological note, a diagnostic report, a consolidated final report and a presentation of the main results.
