Object of the contract
With a view to the Switzerland earliest from April 2015 threatening arbitration before the International Court of Arbitration of the Washington Center for the Settlement of Investor - State Disputes ( ICSID) to the invitation to tender no. ( 1534 ) 402 " Attorney advice and representation in international arbitration concerning investment protection " services on an internationale Arbitration specialized law firm with experience in proceedings before ICSID arbitration to be procured. It is essentially a question of a mandate for the duration of the entire procedure (framework contract ). Specific objective of the provider is Switzerland''s support in the preparation of a possible method ( basic services ), with the relatedConsulting up to 160 billable hours worked ( law firm partners, senior associates and junior Associates law firm ) may comprise per month and should be for the period from about the middle of March 2015 to the lawsuit filing or up to that time in which it can be assumed that there at no procedure is (estimate : end of 2015 ). If there is a legal action or to aem trial before an international court of arbitration of the ICSID, the object of the provider includes then the one hand - in the sense of first option - advice and defense of Switzerland in this process, with a range of up to 260 billable hours worked ( law firm partners, senior associates and Junior Associates of provider) per month for the period from mid- April 2Is expected 015 to the end of 2020 at the latest. In the event of legal action on the other hand - in the sense of the second option - the provision and quality assurance of any necessary translation services to offer (depending Language : Translation from German to French or English, from French to English or from English to French ). Depending on the Schiedsort (typically : Washington) and transition process are also foreign travel required ( Option 3 ), which are not to offer, but with a maximum cost ceiling of CHF 250, 000 be provided ( excl. VAT). While to provide the basic engineering and the first option by the provider itself are (no involvement of subcontractors; with respect to option 3, then evenspeaking the same thing), translation services can be provided either by the provider itself or by seeking a subcontractor.
