OLG is seeking a vendor to provide a Business Continuity Management (BCM) software tool to enhance these capabilities including: expanding metrics and providing real time analytics and insights supports continuous improvement; and identifies emerging risks and trends within the organizationAdditional details of the requirements are outlined in Schedule D to this RFP.The resulting Final Agreement will be for an initial three-year term, with the option to renew, at OLG-s sole discretion, for an additional seven one-year renewal terms (to a maximum of 10 years total).
