The subject of the order is a medicine with the operative barosumab, known as Cryysvita (hereinafter referred to as the product), for pediatric patients with x-tied form of hypophosphatemic rachitides in the fulfillment of all the lower criteria:
1) with a documented high serum concentration FGF-23
2) with a genetically confirmed mutation in PHEX gene
3) Persistence of low pituitary pituitary, despite the long -term substitution of maximal tolerated phosphate solutions and active form of vitamin D
