Tender Details

The contract is a unit price-based maintenance contract for bridges and skill structures. Part of the work in the contract can also be paid for at cost price. The contract mainly involves small maintenance repairs of bridges in the area of Pirkanmaa and Kanta-Häme counties in the years 2026 and 2028. The contract includes a two-year option. The contract includes approximately 1, 662 bridge sites to be maintained. Repair measures carried out in the maintenance contract include e.g.: - repair/renew of bridge railings, road railings at the bridge site repair/renew, removal of thunderbolts when renewing handrails- repair of concrete damage (e.g. mortar patching, injections, absorption, casting repairs)- cleaning of lime drains- repair of damage to waterproofing or waterproofing renewal - renewal of the wooden deck of the wooden bridge, renewal of the sleepers - cracking of glulam beams injection, surface treatment of glulam beams - renewal and repair of bituminous joints - renovation of expansion joints - maintenance treatment of bearings, cleaning of bearing surfaces - maintenance painting of steel structures - cleaning/rehabilitation/renewal of drip and storm water pipes - repair of erosion damage - dredging of the bed - maintenance of front ramps, bowling alleys and ramps - storm water gutters, surface drying equipment renewal / repair - pavement patching - removal of edge cracks Bridge maintenance contract performance includes the whole defined in the contract documents with all materials, road arrangements, equipment and devices...
