Additional financing information: The Municipality of Pale (the "Municipality") and Gradske Toplane (the "Company"), the public district heating company of the Municipality of Pale, approached the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the "Bank" or the "EBRD") with a request to finance part of the modernization of the Municipality’s district heating system (the “Project”). Total project cost is EUR 10.6 million and is expected to be financed by an EBRD sovereign loan of up to EUR 7 million to be on-lent to the Municipality of Pale and a EUR 3.6 million grant from a donors yet to be confirmed.
