Boiler Installation for the Ip-Irc Valdivia The work in reference called “IP-IRC VALDIVIA BOILER INSTALLATION”, consists of maintenance work, repair of the heating radiator network and installation of 2 wall-mounted boilers to provide of hot water for heating by radiators and ACS. Two buildings are contemplated, one is the Health Unit and the other is the Hospital Unit (UHCIP), and must be intervened with the premises functioning and occupied, therefore, the execution period must be estimated considering said. Works that will be carried out in the center of Valdivia, located in Loteo Las Gaviotas s/NO, Commune of Valdivia, Los Ríos Region. The contractor will be responsible for hiring labor, supplying materials and work items.
