The intent of the Invitation to Bid (Tender) is to solicit Bids for the supply of portable live cooking stations for use in the banquet halls, public gathering areas, and meeting rooms in the expanded BMO Centre. All items are to be commercial grade suitable for high use in a convention venue. The full scope generally includes the following items which are detailed further in Appendix A - Bid Form and Appendix C - Basis of Design Specifications. Equivalent products to those specified in Appendix C may be included in bid submissions as outlined in Section 2.1.1. • Portable Live Cooking Stations complete with: o Front and side panels o Induction cooking inserts o Ventilation units with cases o Pasta baskets, deep frying baskets, dim sum steamer plate o Mobile battery system o Transportation bags o Accessory storage and transportation cart.
