BLB NRW relies on Building Information Modeling (BIM) as a model-based, digital and interdisciplinary working method. The appendices of the BIM guidelines of the BLB NRW define the requirements and requirements necessary for the application and implementation of the BIM method serves as a requirement specification for contractors in the planning, execution, operation and handover of BIM projects.
