Tender discription :- The works include ‘Maintenance of existing landscape (soft/hard) and landscape irrigation system- for various areas at Ministry of Works, Municipality and Urban Planning (Works Affairs)-Manama. The contract duration is 2 years. The aim of this Maintenance Contract is to implement agronomic and horticultural practices to ensure healthy plant growth and to develop the existing landscape areas with new landscape designs, plants and garden features by utilizing available plant stock/resources on site.- contract duration 2 years.- Valid prequalified license in landscape / soft landscaping registered with Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning with Grade AA, A, B, C, D, E on tender issue date, The Project Manager/Project Engineer must possess a minimum of Bachelor Degree in Agriculture/Horticulture.
