Mercy Corps Kenya is commissioning USAID Sauti-s baseline survey to gather data on the perceptions of individuals in target communities across the program-s target counties on their trust in government and the inclusivity and responsiveness of various institutional actors with regards to local PCVE efforts, opportunities, and services. The survey will focus on community perceptions and state & non-state actor institutions- views around the following areas of USAID Sauti-s exploration, within the context of respondents- localities.
