Work of this Contract comprises the replacement of the existing Building Automation System in the Sir Humphrey Gilbert Building as further described below:1. Replace existing digital Building Automation System that controls central systems including all control boards and electronic sensors.2. Replace existing pneumatic devices such as damper actuators and valve actuators with electric/electronic devices where indicated.3. All zone level pneumatic controls including terminal unit controllers, thermostats, pneumatic switches to remain.4. Run new local network wiring to all local level, supervisory level, and master level controllers and other networked devices.5. Provide new graphical interface to new Building Automation System with user level access through a Cradlepoint router that is supplied and installed by owner.6. Retain services of balancing contractor to calibrate air terminal units and air flow stations.7. Phase work to allow existing Building Automation System or parts thereof to remain fully operational until new system or parts thereof is operational.8. Provide installation/static and functional testing commissioning services, and operator training as indicated in the specifications and commissioning plan.9. Provide project closeout documentation including O&M manuals, as-built drawings, and equipment data forms as indicated.Work to be substantially complete by May 2027.
