1. The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro, through the (SB# 1 AB CY-2021) intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Forty Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Pesos (648, 960.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Backlash and Re-installation of Glass Wall at Capitol Building with 3/8 float green glass and aluminum powder coated red with complete accessories-PGSO with Purchase Request No. 21-5042 under Bid No. B-21-0206-rebid. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro, now invites bids for Backlash and Re-installation of Glass Wall at Capitol Building with 3/8 float green glass and aluminum powder coated red with complete accessories-PGSO.
