B3: "Design, configure and deliver" Preparation, configuration and delivery of Siren Controller kits, Plug and Play Kits, SOiA Warning Controllers and LoRa and LoRaWAN Gateways 1. The ordering party requires design and hardware pre-configuration in the "Plug & Play" model, deliveries in logistic packaging and providing an ICT solution enabling remote control of alarm sirens and selected peripheral devices at the locations of the Volunteer Fire Department. The solution is to use LoRaWAN (Long Range Wide Area Network) connectivity - an LPWAN class radio communication standard for IoT applications, operating in the EU868 band, with central management via LNS (LoRaWAN Network Server). Solution is intended to support civil protection and State Fire Service activities, ensuring the ability to control sirens in a way that is resistant to mains power outages. The subject of the order is production, internal integration (clothing), definitions in the central system and logistic package delivery of 3, 711 Pre-configured Local Sets to Collection Points at the level of district/municipal State Fire Service headquarters. 2.
