Tender Details
An audiovisual system consisting of 367 new elements and the cables, connectors, and installation materials required for the operation of the system, as well as a maximum of 240 hours of engineering/technical support services for the operation of the system (extended operation services) and for at least 30 peopleprocurement of user and operator training according to the technical description defined in the Documentation. The quantity of the main elements that make up the system: 18 LCD or LED displays, 6 projectors, 6 projection screens, 12 cameras, 6 audio amplifiers, 66 microphones, 6 audio processors. THEa detailed technical description is included in the Documentation. (X.30.) On the basis of § 46 of the Government Decree, it is established that where there is a reference to a specified product in public procurement documents, it was done in order to clearly define the nature of the product, because the contractorand a sufficiently precise and comprehensible description of its subject cannot be provided by circumscribing. However, the tenderer may include in his offer any other product that meets the specified requirements and is equivalent.
