Tenders are invited for Audio, Video and Streaming Services
Audio mixing console: capable of accommodating 14 microphones (including input for one wireless handheld microphone) and 4 line-level inputs; capable of providing outputs for system, recording device, streaming service, and a “mix-minus” for remote location participation.
- Provide video mixer, cameras, tripods, operator and all related cables and accessories for a complete video web broadcast system.
- Meeting audio, video and streaming for the main commission meeting is a set flat fee for each meeting.
- Operator/technician: must be experienced in mixing panel discussions, present a professional appearance, and be capable of performing all technical tasks relevant to audio for Commission hearings. Technician responsible for the delivery, set up, operation of, and removal of all equipment and supplies used in the provision of the contracted service.
