In more detail, the work includes: · All demolition work within the limits of the work to be carried out; · Construction of the new building: o Closed structural work (masonry, roof and exterior joinery), including adaptation of the network existing drainage system; o All interior fittings and finishing works (partitions, false ceilings, floor and wall coverings, interior joinery, coatings, paintings, etc.); o All work relating to stability; · Complete installation of oil heating; · Complete installation of a double-flow ventilation system; · Complete electrical installation, including power supply from the existing HT cabin; · All work relating to compartmentalization, protection and fight against the fire; · Surroundings: o Construction of a courtyard; o Development of access and pathways around the new building; o Development of an aerial rainwater infiltration basin; o Including all earthmoving and leveling work necessary for travaux prescrits.
