Asset protection system maintenance and error correction The successful Bidder must provide for the operation of an integrated access control and electronic asset protection system operating at the headquarters and locations of Fővárosi Vízművek Zrt. (hereinafter: FVM Nzrt.) necessary support, scheduled maintenance of system hardware and software elements and system repair beyond warranty failures, as well as software and hardware improvements to be carried out based on the individual requirements of the Bidder, implementation of program changes. Continuation of point II.2.4) Description of public procurement (field BT-24): As a result of the public procurement procedure, the tenderer wishes to enter into an enterprise framework contract (with the formal signature of the Parties, but no earlier than 15.09.2026 effective) for a period of 36 months or - if it occurs sooner - until the limit amount is exhausted. If during the 36-month period of the contract the framework amount is not fully exhausted by the Tenderer, the Tenderer reserves the right to unilaterally extend the duration of this contract by another 12 months - but no more than until the limit amount is exhausted. In case of a successful procedure, the tenderer will conclude a contract for a net frame amount of HUF 150, 000, 000. Tenderer from the budget undertakes an order obligation for a net value of HUF 105, 000, 000.
