As part of the improvement and perpetuation of the municipal built heritage, it is planned to carry out renovation work on the roof terraces as well as the repair of the waterproofing of a polycarbonate dome on the Louise Michel school. Interventions will aim to deal with the observed problems linked to the aging of the waterproofing coatings, infiltration and general wear and tear of the structures. The work will notably include the removal of damaged elements, the restoration condition of the supports, the implementation of a new waterproofing complex in compliance with current standards as well as the treatment of readings, rainwater evacuations and singular points. Concerning the polycarbonate dome, the work will aim to guarantee its waterproofness, its durability and the maintenance of natural light. Depending on the condition of the work, the joints may be replaced, the fixings repaired and the waterproofing connections repaired. All services will be carried out in compliance with the rules of the art, technical regulations in force and safety requirements, in order to ensure the lasting protection of the building against infiltration and damage linked to bad weather.
