In accordance with Francisco Administrative Code Section 6.64(a), regardless of the Contract duration, no Contract Service Order (CSO) will be issued after four years from the certification date of the Contract. If the Contract durations is less than four years, CSOs may by issued throughout the entire Contract duration.
