Explanation of the assignment:
The assignment concerns a framework agreement for the appointment of a social secretariat in accordance with the provisions of the specifications.
The contracting authority is the non-profit organization De Hoeksteen Samenwerking in Woonzorg (hereinafter referred to as 'De Hoeksteen' in the text).
The Cornerstone searches in the name of hIts members have a recognized social secretariat that provides a software model for its payroll and personnel administration with full service, including a link with the time registration system SAGA from Toba HR Solutions and with the accounting package Exact Globe and Exact Online. The package contains a reportring tool to support payroll administration, accounting and sector-specific reporting. The package can possibly be expanded with HR software that makes it possible to manage the various HR processes (training, evaluation, competency management, etc.) and budget management (annual budget, etc.).c) to follow up. Finally, the members of De Hoeksteen want legal support, advice and training.
The wage and personnel management module with services via social secretariat includes:
