Description : Dear Sir or Madam,
The International Telecommunication Union (''ITU'') issues the present Request for Proposal for the appointment of an event contractor responsible for the provision of Goods and Services to ITU and Participants at ITU Telecom World 2019. The event will take place from 9th to 12th September 2019 (inclusive) at Hungexpo in Budapest, Hungary.
The required Goods and Services, which are described in Part IV (Terms of Reference) tothe present Request for Proposal, shall be delivered in Budapest, Hungary. Accordingly, the successful Bidder shall undertake to obtain at its own risk and cost all necessary import and export licenses or authorizations.
Bidders must be aware that any contract resulting from this Request for Proposal shall contain the ITU General Conditions of Contract for the Provision of Services and Goods (Annex 4), this Solicitation Document, the successfulbidder's Proposal and any other specific terms and conditions detailed herein.
Bidders requiring any clarification about the Solicitation Document, or the solicitation process itself, shall submit their queries in writing only by the deadline of Tuesday, 9 April 2019 at 15:00 hours (Geneva Time) to the following e-mail addresses:
