Tenders are invited for Applikasjonsforvalting kundeservicel0sninger
Short description : Flytoget will with this acquisition establish new agreement for the operation and management of these proprietary IT solutions:
--Kundedatabasen with associated APIs
--Produktdatabase with associated APIs
--Kvitterings- and loyalty program database with associated APIs
--Kundeservice- and managejonslsning

The solutions are managed today in separate contracts ending at different times over the next three years. Solutions have come across in the operational phase and the need for major changes is reduced. There will still be Behov for quality assurance / testing, adjustments solutions and any redevelopment due to projects located in the plan towards a strategic target by the end of 2018.
Flytoget want a supplier that can ensure a stable operation in accordance with the agreed SLA and having flexibility to carry oute minor tweaks of the solution with short lead time. The supplier should be aware of PCI DSS and privacy laws and how continuously meet compliance requirements defined there.
All Flytoget solutions are installed at the Airport Express train operation suppliers of IT infrastructure. Currently, this Intilityand Basefarm. Basefarm used for solutions that come under the compliance requirements of PCI DSS. It is planned that the Airport Express Train will establish and negotiates contracts for the operation of IT infrastructure and will continue with this practice in the contract period. Flytoget still look at concepts that devops as a future working method for application operation and management of this organization.
1) Eligibility requirements as stated in the notice must be met to be eligible to participate in the subsequent competition. Providers that do not meet the requirements will be allowed to participate.
2)Flytoget may cancel the tender or reject all tenders if there are reasonable grounds to do so, including as a result of inadequate budgetary allowance for acquisition.
3) Among the qualified suppliers will Flytoget select a minimum of three, given that there are enough qualified suppliers sabout participating in the competition.
4) Selection of suppliers that will participate in the competition, made the principle best qualified. Suppliers must meet all eligibility requirements to become eligible. Among the qualified suppliers will Flytoget select those suppliers that are best qualifiert according to the specified qualification requirements, based on the submitted documentation of eligibility.
