For the holder of the future market, this involves providing the electronic payment services and applications necessary for the payment of fines resulting from all of the automated processing chains managed by ANTAI, and certain other debts coming from the DGFIP. The different payment channels are as follows: • websiteamendes.gouv.fr (TAI - Telepayment of Fines via Internet) for users; • Parking.gouv.fr site (TFI - Telepayment of FPS via Internet), intended for users; • Smartphone application (TAM - Telepayment of Fines on Mobile), intended for users; • Interactive voice server (IVR), for users; • Cash payment: PAI application (Payment of Fines via Intranet), used by DGFIP agents to collect user payments; • Payment at approved points of sale (PVA) used by tobacconists approved by the DGFiP, for the collection of user payments; • Immediate payment on the roadside to law enforcement: o Payment using mobile payment terminals (mPOS type equipment) equipping law enforcement agents, connected to the PVe application and whose distribution logistics are provided by the State (7, 500 mPOS on the land to date); o Mobile payment of the m-Commerce type from the user's smartphone via the TAI websites, and the TAM mobile application, and in interface with the PVe application of security forces agents...
