Tenders Are Invited The University of Bergen is to upgrade the energy center in the Realfagbygget, Allegaten 41. The upgrade mainly includes the refurbishment of two large older oil boilers, the installation of new heat pumps, adaptations to the existing distribution network for heat, the creation of a machine room (room within the room) for heatthe pumps and rehabilitation of the energy centre's existing facade. The project is to be carried out as a contractor-managed joint venture with a basis in NS 8406. A contract is to be entered into with one general contractor.
