The object of the contract is the announcement of a contractor who will provide catering services for the students of the A.P.Th. for two (2) years from 1-1-2025 or from the signing of the contract with the possibility of extension for one (1) year by unilateral decision of the Contracting Authority.

The services provided are classified underfollowing code of the Common Vocabulary of public contracts (CPV): 55300000-3 Restaurant and catering services.

This contract is divided into 2 parts.

The estimated value of the contract for two (2) years amounts to 8, 876, 120.00 € not including VAT 13% (estimated value with VATPA 13% €10, 030, 015.60).

The total estimated value of the contract, including the extension for one (1) year, i.e. for 2 1 years, amounts to €13, 314, 180.00 excluding VAT. 13% (estimated value with VAT 13% €15, 045, 023.40).
